Our home base is in Mt Eden, Auckland. We can also deliver your car to either Auckland Airport terminal and also any of the Auckland CBD Hotels for a fee.
All our vehicles are covered with AA 24 hour roadside assistance. They will diagnose the problem however there may be a charge if the issue is the drivers fault, eg flat battery, locked keys in car, ran out of fuel.
Our rental periods run on a 24 hour basis. If you collect one of our vehicles at 9am on a Monday, the drop off time will be 9am on Tuesday.
Yes, our vehicles all have full comprehensive cover for all drivers over 25 with a full drivers license. Our excess is $500 and there is a $35 daily fee to cover the insurances.
Absolutely, we are more than happy for our vehicles to be used as long as they aren’t damaged in the process or covered in any kind of vinyl wrap or stickers.
Yes, all our vehicles are monitored by GPS to watch for speed and misuse. It allows us to make sure vehicles haven’t been taken to a track or off roading. If there is an accident the GPS data may be required to be shared with our insurance company.
Yes, we require a $500 bond / deposit which would cover the insurance excess should there be any damages.
Unfortunately this one is far too common! Please let us know that you’ve damaged a wheel and there will be a $450 charge to have the wheel repaired and repainted.
Note – all cars are sent out to new bookings with no scratches on the wheels.
Yes there is. For bookings up to 6 days there is a 200km travel allowance per day. Any additional kms will be charged at $0.80 per km. Any vehicles rented for 7 days or more have an unlimited mileage option, (Fair Use Applies).
If you are cancelling your booking more than 72 hours before the booking then there is no charge for the cancellation. If you are doing a last minute cancellation within 3 days of the booking the whole booking amount will be charged to your card.

Unfortunately no. Our insurances require all drivers to be over 25.
Yes you can but this is done on a case by case basis as it either involves us meeting you and driving the car back to Auckland, or getting you to drop the car to a depot so it can go on a Transported back to Auckland. Feel free to ask as we try our best to accommodate all requests!
If you have been given a physical ticket you can pay this through the instructions on the fine. If it is sent to us then we will have the fine transferred to your license and the Police will resend the fine to your address. If you are driving on an overseas license the fine will be charged to your card alongside a $99 admin fee.
Yes, our vehicles are all provided to you with a full tank of petrol or diesel. If you return a car with an empty tank you will be charged the cost of fuel to refill the tank alongside an admin fee.
No, however if it is returned in an unreasonable condition then you will be charged a grooming fee to return the vehicle to the previous condition. PLEASE do not take our cars through Carwashes as it damages the paintwork and you will be charged a polishing fee.
No, North Island Toll Road Fees are included in your booking.
