Our rental periods run on a 24 hour basis. If you collect one of our vehicles at 9am on a Monday, your drop off time will be 9am on Tuesday. If you return the car earlier than 9am then your rental is still calculated as one day. If you return the car later this will cross into a new rental day involving another daily charge unless otherwise agreed.
Yes there is. For vehicles on a rental period for up to 6 days there is a 200km travel allowance per day. Any additional kms will be charged at $0.80 per km. Any vehicles rented for 7 days or more have an unlimited mileage option.
Yes, our vehicles all have full comprehensive cover for all drivers over 25 with a full drivers license. Our excess is set at $5000 unless you choose to pay the daily reduction rate to have it dropped down to $1500.
This is the amount you would pay in case of an accident. If the damage was less than this amount then the remaining amount would be refunded to your credit card.
If you are cancelling your booking within 72 hours then the full amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card on file.
Yes, the minimum age is 25 and the driver must hold a full drivers license.
If you have been given a physical ticket you can pay this through the instructions on the fine. If it is sent to us then we will charge the credit card on file alongside a $99 administration fee.
Yes, our vehicles are all provided to you with a full tank of petrol or diesel. If you return a car with an empty tank you will be charged the cost of fuel to refill the tank alongside a $99 administration fee.
No, however if it is returned in an unreasonable condition then you will be charged a grooming fee to return the vehicle to the previous condition. We appreciate if our clients treat the vehicles with respect and as if they belonged to them.
Our home base is in Mt Albert, Auckland. We can arrange airport or CBD collections and drop offs. Please contact us for pricing and options.
This may depend on other bookings for the same vehicle. Please contact us at the earliest stage possible to discuss this option.
No we do not. Insurance excess options do not cover any damage caused by driving in snowy conditions.
If you return the vehicle with no damage then the pre-authorisation will be released within 24 hours and should show on your account no more than 24 hours after this.
Yes. As long as they are over 25 and have a full drivers license. They will need to provide a copy of their license also on collection of the vehicle.
Yes, the North Island toll roads have instructions on where and how to pay online. You have 7 days to pay this before a toll road notice is sent to us. If we receive a toll road fine this will be charged to your credit card alongside a $99 administration fee.
